Fissure Armor is the most expensive, and it costs generally around 1 to 1.5 million per character, but the costs actually fluctuate based on the rates of the materials, the runes placed in it, and the kinds of materials necessary.

And the fact that most fissure people dye competely black.

About the black dye...Maybe it doesn't look terrible to that person...That is your opinion...Some people like it...And....They can do what they want with the money they have and the armor they wear... ^.~

Most of the mesmer fow armor I saw was dyed black, it is nice but hides the details of it.
Mine is dyed gold.

female mesmer FoW armor is the only one that looks good enough for me to buy

the rest I can live without - some are just butt-ugly

Never seen monk fow, male or female, that is dyed a colour other than black.

Sure you have: here are my four sets of FoW armor, and only the ranger's is dyed black (and looks great, by the way, this picture doesn't do any of them justice). The monk is dyed a royal blue, the warrior is also blue, though very little of the armor dyes, and the mesmer is purple and black.
